Therapy Services
Relationships can feel challenging during stressful seasons of life. I work with couples who want to communicate more effectively, reconnect emotionally, and navigate life transitions such as pregnancy, parenting, and burnout with greater understanding and support.
I support individuals who are feeling overwhelmed by the pressure of life’s demands and struggling to find clarity, balance, or a sense of direction. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, burnout, major life transitions, or questions about identity and purpose. Insurance use available
Family therapy for every stage of life. Whether you’re parents of young children, adult siblings, or navigating multigenerational connection, we’ll work together to notice and change unhelpful patterns, improve how you communicate, and rebuild trust to deepen connection across generations.
Pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood bring significant emotional and relational changes. Therapy during the perinatal and postpartum period can help individuals and couples process these changes, manage anxiety or depression, and build confidence as parents. Insurance use available for individual sessions.
A Little About Me
Hi, I’m Sam, and I’m so glad you are here!
If you’re seeking compassionate, collaborative support, you’re in the right place! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary (2018) and training at Denver Family Institute. I’ve worked in multiple settings, including substance‐use intensive outpatient programs, which shaped my systems‐focused approach. For the past three years I’ve focused on perinatal and postpartum care. I support individuals, couples, and families through career changes, burnout, marriage, pregnancy, early parenthood, anxiety, depression, and recovery with warm, practical, collaborative care. I’m glad you’re here and taking this step toward the life and relationships you want to cultivate!
Everyone has a unique story and deserves individualized care. When we decide to work together, we’ll partner openly and respectfully on your therapeutic journey. I listen deeply, offer support, and gently challenge you as needed, using integrative, evidence‐based approaches (Gottman Method, CBT, DBT, EFT, and Family Systems Therapy) through a trauma‐informed lens. For premarital counseling and parenting support I utilize Prepare/Enrich to help you begin your marriage and family with the best support and resources. I also offer faith‐integrated counseling when desired. Together we’ll build practical skills for communication, emotional regulation, and resilience so you and your relationships can thrive.

Together we’ll use practical tools and gentle guidance, paced to what feels most honoring, to foster greater calm, connection, and hope in your personal and family life.

It’s very common for one person to feel more ready for therapy than another. Beginning therapy individually can still be incredibly valuable, and many people find that positive changes in one person often influence the relationship as a whole.
