Some seasons of life ask more of us than we ever expected.
Whether you're navigating fertility challenges, adjusting to parenthood, grieving a loss, working through relationship stress, or carrying anxiety that feels heavier than it should, therapy offers a space to slow down, feel supported, and find your footing again.
You don't have to have all the answers before you begin. Together, we'll create a path forward that honors your story, your values, and the life you hope to cultivate.
Support for the Seasons That Change Us
-
Pregnancy and early parenthood can be beautiful, meaningful, and deeply overwhelming all at once. Many women find themselves navigating anxiety, identity shifts, relationship changes, difficult pregnancies, birth experiences, postpartum mood changes, and the pressure to hold everything together.
Therapy provides a space to process what you're experiencing, strengthen coping skills, and find support as you move through this season of life.
Common concerns include:
Pregnancy anxiety
Postpartum adjustment
Birth trauma
Identity changes after becoming a parent
Emotional overwhelm and burnout
Relationship changes during parenthood

The journey toward growing your family can be emotionally exhausting. Infertility, IVF, fertility treatments, waiting periods, setbacks, and uncertainty often impact every aspect of life, including relationships, self-worth, and emotional well-being.
Therapy offers a compassionate space to process grief, manage anxiety, and navigate the emotional ups and downs of the fertility journey.

Common concerns include:
PMDD symptoms
Severe mood changes
Irritability and emotional overwhelm
Hormonal anxiety and depression
Cycle-related relationship challenges

Pregnancy and parenthood can place significant stress on even strong relationships. New responsibilities, shifting roles, communication challenges, and differing expectations can create distance during a season when connection is needed most.
Couples therapy offers a supportive space to strengthen communication, improve understanding, and navigate change together.
Common concerns include:
Communication difficulties

Pregnancy-related stress
Parenting disagreements
Emotional disconnection
Strengthening partnership and teamwork

Sometimes life feels heavier than it should. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship changes, career transitions, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Together, we'll create practical tools while making space for the emotions underneath the surface.
